What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is form of therapy where trance is induced along individualized techniques of counseling to bring changes in perception and memory. To help person reach the stage of trance, therapist uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and attention focusing techniques. The person’s attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around the person is temporarily blocked out or ignored. Within the sessions of hypnotherapy, one may discover hidden memories, latent creativity, new insights, feelings of competence, release of fears or release of repressed emotions.

Hypnotic state allows people to explore painful thoughts, feelings, and memories they might have hidden from their conscious minds. Hypnosis enables people to perceive some things differently, such as blocking an awareness of pain.

It is a proven therapeutic, totally DRUG FREE, NON-INVASIVE and NON-ADDICTIVE aid and has been accepted as a therapeutic technique by various medical bodies across the world.

You will be asleep and will not remember anything when you wake up. You will hear and remember everything. If you don’t want to tell something, you won’t.
A Hypnotherapist can make you do anything. A Hypnotherapist CANNOT make you do anything against your will or your morals, ethics and beliefs.
Sometimes you may not come out of a trance. That NEVER happens. In fact most people wake up feeling more refreshed and energized.

Physical Issues

The medical world admits that 75% to 85% of diseases are stress-related. That makes most diseases emotionally rooted.  The emotions or their immediate secondary effects--such as digestive stress and disturbed sleep etc. weakens the body and makes us susceptible to infection. The emotions also trigger flare-ups of chronic diseases; many patients with autoimmune disease mention that this occurs after an emotionally stressful time.

When a person holds onto something or someone’s actions that one cannot let go of, the conflict starts because one is threatened by these situations. This manifests in dysfunction/malfunction of a particular organ. Elimination of the root cause automatically results in healing.
